Banana-Choc Protein Smoothie

  • 1 medium banana (frozen banana works well, otherwise add some ice cubes)
  • 1 serve low carb protein powder of your choice
  • 2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
  • 1 cup water or milk of your choice (unsweetened almond, soy, rice or oat)
  • 1 tablespoon linseed, sunflower seed, almond mixture (LSA)
  • 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt

Combine all ingredients and blend until thoroughly combined. Sprinkle with LSA
