Crustless Savoury Tart Recipe
Healthy school lunchbox snack – these can be frozen, and then defrost in the school lunchbox!
- 120g Ham or Bacon
- 120g Grated cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Parsley, finely chopped
- Half an onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup of Milk (or milk alternative)
- ½ – 1 teaspoon Mustard powder
- 3 tablespoons self-raising Flour
- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- Salt and Pepper
Mix ingredients together, and pour into a greased pie dish, muffin pans or mini muffin pans, and bake until golden brown
If using bacon, fry the onion and bacon together first, then mix all ingredients together.
