Due to the evolving situation with COVID-19, we have taken a number of steps to ensure the ongoing safety of our patients and staff at Perpetual Wellbeing.

In the interest of patient health and convenience, we are now changing all consultations to video appointments via Zoom (Initial and follow up appointments). This is effective from Tuesday 24th March 2020.

Please read the instructions below:


  1. Prior to your booked appointment, you will be emailed a Zoom link, which will enable you to download the Zoom app onto your phone or device.
  2. Please allow at least 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment to download the app. At the time of your scheduled appointment, you can then click the link on the appointment reminder email and that will initiate a video call with your practitioner.
  3. Alternatively, if you prefer to use a PC or laptop, you can click on the Zoom link on your appointment email.
  4. Products and testing kits will now be express posted to your nominated address. In an effort to absorb some of this cost, all product orders over $60.00 will be free of a postage charge.

We hope that by taking these steps we will be able to continue to provide services to our patients during this unchartered period. We remain here to support you as a valued Perpetual Wellbeing patient.
