I'd investigated and tried many Nutritionist over the years with limited success until I found Saphy at Perpetual Wellbeing. From the first appointment she made the process easy to understand and trust. I feel better than I have for years and I'm now in a good weight range. I don't feel as if I'm missing out on anything and can see maintaining my new lifestyle going forward will be easy. Thank you Saphy! :)

Caren is extremely knowledgeable and is such a lovely person! It has been a pleasure working with her to finally solve my longstanding gut problems! She explained many of the factors that impact gut health and how we would be using natural supplements and foods to help repair and revive my gut! Highly recommend! Thank you Caren!

Caren really knows how to get positive and sustaining results for your health. Six months ago I was at my wits end with hormonal issues really effecting my daily life and fortunately I found Caren. I had originally given this clinic a low rating due to a mishap with my appointment. The clinic was quick to rectify the oversight, which was appreciated. I had my first appointment with Saphy today and the experience was great! Saphy was very caring and knowledgeable and I am looking forward to my next appointment!

Carine is simply the best. If you are after serious healthcare, look no further. Carine helped me fix my high blood pressure through diet and supplements alone. No drugs needed. I went from 150/65 to 111/62 over 4 months. Simply amazing. I cannot recommend Carine enough 😃
