Your initial consultation is a comprehensive 60-minute appointment that includes:
- A detailed health assessment
Dietary analysis - Review of current medications and supplements
- Discussion of your health goals and symptoms
From there, we create a personalised treatment plan which may include:
- Request forms for general or functional pathology testing (if indicated)
- Targeted nutritional supplementation
- Herbal medicine (if clinically indicated)
- Individualised dietary guidance
- Lifestyle and stress-support strategies
This is not a quick overview - it is a thorough, systems-based assessment designed to understand the root drivers of your symptoms.

The initial consultation runs for approximately 60 minutes to allow adequate time for a full case history and treatment planning.
No. Any functional or general pathology testing is charged separately from the consultation fee.
Testing is only recommended if clinically indicated. Costs vary depending on the type of test requested.

No. Prescribed supplements are an additional cost and are tailored specifically to your individual needs.
We prioritise evidence-based, practitioner-only products selected for quality, efficacy, and safety.
Most of our practitioners are registered providers with private health funds under Nutrition.
However, rebates vary depending on your level of cover. We recommend contacting your health fund directly to confirm your eligibility prior to booking.
We ask that all patients review our Cancellation Policy before booking an appointment.
