A personal message from Saphy -
"I am not taking on any new patients at the moment, as I will be going on maternity leave mid-March 2021. However, I would love for you to consider another member of the Perpetual Wellbeing family to start or continue with you on your health and wellness journey.
Please take the time to read through each of their professional profiles - I feel that you will be guided to who will be most suitable. The whole team at Perpetual Wellbeing have a minimum Bachelor of Health Science degree in Naturopathy and Nutritional Medicine. If you have been to our clinic before, the practitioner you chose to book in with during my absence, will be able to access all of your case history.
If you are looking to see a practitioner who has strong interest in certain areas, please contact our lovely clinic manager, Lisa, who will be able to direct you to the most appropriate practitioner in my absence.
I trust that you will be in impeccable hands while I am away!"

Saphy completed her Bachelor of Health Science, Naturopathy, in 2013, and then went on to complete her Masters in Public Health, Nutrition.

Since completing her Naturopathy degree, Saphy has worked in a busy clinic, allowing her to gain a wealth of experience in managing a wide range of health complaints, from digestive issues, poor immunity to fatigue, stress and mood disorders, hormonal imbalances and thyroid dysfunction.

Her real passion though, is helping patients presenting with mood disorders and naturopathic mental health, particularly Anxiety and Depression, as well as female hormonal issues and fertility. She is also experienced in providing naturopathic and nutritional medicine for digestive health and various cancers.

Saphy is very scientifically minded, but also so passionate about helping people to achieve the best health they possibly can through Naturopathic and Nutritional Medicine. She uses general and functional pathology testing to get a good understanding of a patients presenting symptoms and underlying imbalances contributing to their health complaint, and then utilises Diet, Nutritional and Herbal medicine to correct any imbalances.

Besides being a busy practitioner, Saphy also spends a lot of time reading research articles, and getting involved in research studies. She has had experience at the Queensland Institute of Medical Research (QIMR) in the Gastroenterology laboratory. She is constantly looking for new ways to achieve even better health outcomes for her patients who she cares so much about.

Saphy is a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA), and she maintains continuing professional development by attending regular seminars and conferences throughout each year.

Saphy is registered with most Australian private health funds. She is available for appointments at our Graceville clinic on a Wednesday and Saturday, and in the CBD clinic on a Monday, and Friday.
