The Client Profile - This is where we collect all our client information, allergies, medical history etc.
The Health Assessment - This is where you can complete your regular health assessment, this is done either fortnightly or monthly, as recommended by your practitioner. This is where we are able to track changes to your health. Results of this assessment are sent to a Naturopath at Perpetual Wellbeing for review, and a treatment plan is sent back to you via email.
The Health Assessment Summary - This is where the results of your health assessment appear. After you have completed your second health assessment, charts will appear and supplement recommendations come up. These charts will assist in monitoring your health improvement progress.
Exercise and Stress Management - These two pages contain information about body and mind exercise. As well as valuable information on managing stress. It includes information from our stress management presentation. Stress is a major constraint against good nutrient absorption and is one of the foundations of chronic and degenerative disease.
The Research Page - Everything we do and recommend at Perpetual Wellbeing is backed by the best available scientific evidence. We publish under this section, summaries of some of the research that we have used. We are also monitoring research regularly and updating our recommendations as new research becomes available. In the long term, we feel this is the most important benefit for our clients.
Cooking & Recipes - Contains information on meals, healthy eating, gluten and lactose free cooking, etc - much more detail than we could give you in a consultation.
Supplements & Herbs - Here, you can review the supplements and herbs that we stock, and email us your order for any supplements and herbs that you need. Where there are 'Practitioner Only' products in your order, we will check that you have a current prescription before shipping the products.
The Weekly Planner - Provides a planning tool where you can schedule meals and other health improvement activities and print it out as a prompt. the drop down menus will allow you to select the names of recipes from the site, as well as types of exercise and other health improvement activities. There is also a field where you can enter your own text in each part of the plan.
Perpetual RejuvenationTM - You are guided through the process of maintaining good health for the long term. This area contains unique products and services developed by Perpetual Wellbeing to help you stay healthy for the long term
