Deborah achieved her naturopathic qualification through The Endeavour College of Natural Health then completed the Complementary Medicine degree through Charles Sturt University which has a very strong evidence based practice and research component.

She has been practicing in private clinics for 10 years now with a strong focus on using the most current scientific information relevant to the fields of nutrition, naturopathy and herbal medicine and maintains up to date education to keep up with the rapid influx of new information in health science. She has a keen interest in nutrigenomics.

Deborah enjoys a challenge and has extensive history treating those with multiple health issues. She has many areas of interest including, but not limited to, supporting women through mid-life and beyond, thyroid health, digestive conditions and flow on effects, immune and autoimmune conditions, mood imbalances such as depression and anxiety, general health and anti-ageing, children’s health with a special interest in Autism, Asperger’s, ADD, ADHD, learning disorders, auditory processing.

Deborah also completed training with the MINDD foundation in 2008 and uses an integrative approach looking at diet and nutrition, gut function, individual biochemistry and utilises functional pathology testing as required.

 

Deborah is a member of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA), and is registered with all Australian private health funds, and has HICAPS facilities for private health rebates.
